This Data Protection Notice explains how Tempto collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app. Tempto is a music creativity tool that helps you generate original English hook lyrics and related writing guidance based on images you choose to upload. We are committed to collecting only the information needed to provide the app’s core features and to handling that information in a secure and privacy-conscious way.
By using Tempto, you understand that the app processes user-selected images for creativity generation, stores certain results on your device so you can review your history, and may use Apple in-app purchase mechanisms for consumable coin packages. We do not operate a social network or public content feed, and we do not provide a community posting feature.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encryption in transit where applicable, access controls, server-side restrictions, secure development practices, and limited access to operational data.
We also minimize the data we process. Uploaded images are processed only for the purpose of generating your creative output, and temporary processing data is removed after completion. Local content stored on your device can be deleted by you at any time through the app’s data-clearing tools.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, subject to any legal or operational limitations.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party infrastructure providers for basic hosting, storage, or server operations only. Any such provider acts solely on our behalf and under our instructions, is bound by contractual obligations to protect data security, and is not permitted to use user data for any purpose outside our instructions.
These infrastructure providers do NOT use data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, or their own purposes. They do NOT independently access, reuse, redistribute, or analyze user content for their own benefit.
We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide an appropriate notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.
Your continued use of Tempto after an updated Notice becomes effective means you accept the revised version, to the extent permitted by law.
Because our services and infrastructure may be operated in different regions, your information may be processed or stored outside the country or region where you live. When that happens, we take steps intended to help protect your data in accordance with this Notice and applicable law.
Where required, we rely on appropriate legal and contractual safeguards for cross-border processing and infrastructure handling.
Tempto uses AI features to analyze user-selected images and generate creative writing output. All AI processing is performed on our internal servers only. We do NOT use third-party AI services for this processing.
Uploaded images and temporary processing data are deleted after processing is completed. Generated results may be stored locally in your app history so that you can review them, and you may delete them at any time.
We do NOT use user content for AI training, model fine-tuning, or model optimization. Your images, generated lyrics, and related creative output are processed only to provide the app’s features to you.
Please note that AI-generated content is provided as creative reference only and is not guaranteed to be professional, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Tempto does NOT perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or identity verification based on face data. We do NOT create or store face templates, facial embeddings, or biometric identifiers.
If a photo contains a person’s face, the image is used only as user-selected input for creative analysis and is deleted after processing. We do not use face data to identify individuals or infer sensitive biometric characteristics.
We retain different categories of information only for as long as needed to provide the app’s features or meet operational and legal requirements:
We do not keep uploaded images longer than necessary for processing, and we do not maintain user content as a public archive.
Information you provide: images you choose to upload from your camera or photo library, content you generate through the app, feedback or support requests you send to us, and purchase-related information handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Information collected automatically: device and app diagnostics such as crash logs, basic performance information, app version, operating system version, and usage events needed to keep the app functioning properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: if any web-based pages or embedded services are used, limited cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic functionality, security, or session handling. The app does not use cookies for advertising or profiling purposes.
Tempto is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we become aware that information from a user under 17 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We use information only to operate, secure, and improve Tempto’s core functions. This includes generating hook lyrics, creating scene-based inspiration summaries, maintaining your local history, processing purchases, responding to support requests, and diagnosing technical issues.
We do NOT use your information for AI training. We do NOT use your information for advertising. We do NOT use your information for profiling or automated behavioral targeting. We do NOT sell your information to anyone.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Tempto, you acknowledge that you have read this Data Protection Notice and agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this Notice, please do not use the app.
Where consent is required by law for specific processing activities, your use of the relevant feature serves as your consent for that activity, and you may withdraw consent by stopping use of the feature or contacting us for assistance where applicable.
